The Company

Blu was founded in 2006 out of a desire to provide a better standard of care for renters and corporate clients. With experience in the business, we saw how far most providers fell short in terms of service and choice. That was something we were determined to address, and are happy to say we have achieved.

Our real estate experience and desire to excel has allowed us to build on what we had to make Blu one of the leading corporate housing specialists around.

Blu is based in denver, colorado and is represented all over the country. We have a central office that coordinates everything from lettings to marketing and is the core of the operation.
