Hollywood should need no introduction. It’s an area of international acclaim and the self-proclaimed entertainment capital of the world. It’s a neighborhood within central Los Angeles but has a character and charm all of its own. There is more to it than just movies too.

Getting around Hollywood
If you’re flying into Hollywood you will likely use Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Bob Hope Airport (BUR) in Burbank. Both airports have shuttles running directly to and from Hollywood.
Rail will be served by LA Union Station linked by the Metro Red Line to Hollywood. Amtrak and Metrolink both run services there. Metro also run buses throughout Hollywood.
Roads are plentiful with the Hollywood Freeway dissecting the neighborhood in one direction and Santa Monica Boulevard in another. Local routes run throughout the area carrying local and commuter traffic.
