Kent is a neighborhood south of Seattle, not far from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. It was named one of the “Best Places to Live” by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine and a well-regarded area to live and work. With Seattle in one direction and Tacoma in the other, it’s a great place to commute to either.
Kent is in the Green River Valley and is predominantly known for manufacturing, distribution and technology. Boeing has a large facility here, as do many other well-known companies, making it a prime area for families. There are many major employers here as well as supporting infrastructure.
