With 716 square feet of stylish and practical space, our one-bedroom apartment excels in both design and function. The moment you enter one of our apartments, you’ll be able to see for yourself the superior quality of our furnishings and finishes. Everything from the 9-foot ceilings and wood-look vinyl plank flooring to the recessed lighting and window coverings was created with your comfort in mind.

The kitchen has white quartz countertops, a tiled shower surround, and high-end Whirlpool stainless steel equipment that are sure to please even the most discerning home chef. Large walk-in closets and a kitchen with an entertainment island mean you won’t have to choose between preparing meals and storing your possessions. And a stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer will make laundry day a thing of the past.

Here at Blu Corporate Housing, we understand the importance of providing a relaxing environment for our tenants. For this reason, we have stocked our apartment with high-end bedding and towels, as well as a comfortable, supportive mattress. In addition to the convenience of in-unit laundry, a quality wireless speaker, and a smart TV make for relaxing nights in.

You won’t have any problem getting about thanks to our location, which is close to both public transit and a number of parking options (including an underground garage and parking lots on the grounds).

A monthly pet cost of $100 per pet and a refundable security deposit of $500 per pet are required (refundable at the end of your stay). Please contact our leasing staff if you have questions about breed restrictions.
