Blu was founded in Denver, Colorado in 2006. The core team had worked in real estate and rentals for many years and saw a gap in the market for high quality corporate rentals and a full service to support them.
We were frustrated by unhelpful rentals agencies, greedy landlords and poor quality rentals, so decided to do something about it. The entire philosophy behind Blu is to ensure the clients gets what they are paying for.
We founded the company on the principle of fairness, honesty and straightforward dealing. We do right by landlords, deliver quality leads and tenants and ensure everything is in place to complete a satisfactory rental. We do right by tenants by ensuring the properties match expectations and that everything is there when you need it.
While we specialize in corporate housing, we also deal with furnished apartments, town houses, single family homes and a range of other property types. If it exists in a given area, we can usually rent it for you.
