About This Rental

Located in the center of Austin just a few miles from the Apple Corporate Campus, Blu Corporate Apartments provide a luxurious lifestyle without breaking the bank. The pool area at our property is beautiful and has the ambiance of a relaxing tropical resort. Our pool area, along with a water feature that provides a soothing atmosphere, is the perfect place to cool down with a refreshing swim. Spend some relaxing time in one of our plush seats reading a nice book or talking with friends. In addition to being a great place for summertime barbecues and after-dinner beverages, our pool area also features lots of tables for al fresco eating and resting in the shade.

There are a number of outdoor seating areas available to guests at Blu Corporate Apartments. Enjoy the sun, a drink, or the company of friends on one of our four rooftop decks, all while taking in spectacular views of the city below. Meanwhile, our courtyard is a lovely place to take a breather and take in the scenery. This beautiful outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating.

We are pleased to provide affordable housing that meets the requirements of the S.M.A.R.T. Housing program run by the City of Austin for those with middle-class salaries. We understand how much your cat or dog means to you, therefore feline and canine companions are more than welcome here. However, please be aware that the following dog breeds—whether purebred or mixed—are not allowed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. No other pets, no matter how exotic, are allowed. Management approval is necessary for any pets.

Do you need a fully furnished apartment? Each of our completely furnished apartments comes with a complete set of furniture, kitchenware, internet access (both wired and wireless), and all utility costs. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed at a minimum. As a reminder, parking is a need in our neighborhood, and fees will range based on the number and kind of cars you bring. There are other apartment-specific deposits that must be made.

When a corporation is the intended lessee, we have a special application and leasing procedure to follow. Everyone moving in or applying must fill out an application, regardless of age. Every candidate has their credit checked, income verified, and rental history reviewed. Renter’s insurance is not required, but evidence of liability insurance is.

Our fully furnished apartments have a minimum 31-day lease period and can be extended on a month-to-month basis. But, if you choose to terminate your lease early, you must pay the termination fee specified in your lease. Housekeeping services are not available at this time, however all of our units are cleaned thoroughly before move-in.

Do you operate a business or intend to rent an office space? If you are a business interested in signing a corporate lease with us, please note that we require a $100 application fee in addition to credit reporting to Experian Business or Dun & Bradstreet as part of your requirements. Before submitting a corporate application, the owner of the firm must apply as a leaseholder and be authorized in accordance with the property’s screening rules if he or she will be living in the apartment. All residents 18 and up, regardless of age, are expected to furnish Blu with the appropriate documentation (including completed forms and government-issued picture identification) for a criminal background check at least 48 hours before to moving in.
